Meet the Chef: Jamie Goodrich
Jamie Goodrich has always had a love for baking, which led her to The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California in San Francisco, where she earned her Associate of Science Degree in Baking and Pastry in 2015.
Since then, she’s traveled across the country, working in bakeries and restaurants in Texas, Michigan, California, and Oregon, learning new techniques and gaining hands-on experience along the way. In 2022, she took on the role of Head Baking Chef Instructor at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon, where she now shares her knowledge and passion with aspiring bakers.
While cake decorating has always been her specialty, Jamie has found an even bigger passion in teaching—helping others grow their skills and confidence in the kitchen.
