Jamie Cakes is a pop-up style baking education kitchen ran out of a commissary kitchen at 1203 Willamette Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401.

We offer interactive baking and cake decorating classes for all ages and can accommodate groups of up to 20 participants. Custom Cake orders are available for the 2026 summer season from July 1 through September 30, 2026.
